Free Spell Checker Tool

The other day on BlogNet Awards we had put up an article by Nick Sanders titled Tips on Proofreading. Nick made a very good point ” Reading becomes difficult when the written article contains errors such as spelling, punctuation, grammatical and poor sentence structuring…..”
A point that many people should be aware of is that you may think that some blog authors are writing incorrectly when they are actually writing the right way in their language, or even in their version of English. British English and American English are two completely different versions that can sometimes be confusing to readers that read and speak the opposite version. British “color” is the same as American “color” and British “whilst” is the same as American “while”.
I found this great tool that I feel will be of help to many people. It is called Spell Checker and I have to say that it is an amazing tool. I thought at first that when you put in your content it would show up in the box besides it, like many of the translation tools you find, but that is not the case. When you put in the content, a box will open where you can check spelling, grammar as well as having a thesaurus.
This is a simple tool that I would recommend to anyone who has a blog or doing copy for any kind of work. In fact I used the spell checker on this post. How did it work?

Hi Walt:
I think that anytime we can find something that will be of use to the readers and it has been tested ( by us) then we owe others to share that information. Nothing will take the place of learning how to spell, using good sentence structure etc. but it sure cant hurt. I know for myself, when i am tired etc. it is so easy to make mistakes. Reading Nick Sanders ideas was also very useful. Bottom line here, the more we learn the more professional we will become in our work and we should always remember that our blogs need to be the best they can be.
Thanks for visiting.
P.S…loved that joke on your blog…lol
